HELF – Internet & Telephone Services

From 1 November 2026 the telephone and internet services in resident rooms are charged as Higher Everyday Living Fees. Please complete this agreement to continue the Telephone/Internet service.

A telephone and an internet service can be provided in the resident’s room, at $1.50 a day each. Both are optional. Please complete this agreement to choose them.

Speed Dial Preferences

Speed dials are the numbers programmed into the room telephone so they can be called with one button. Our ICT Team sets these up.
