Electoral Enrolment
Moving into residential care usually means a change of address on the electoral roll. This can be updated with the Western Australian Electoral Commission. If you would like help with the form below, please speak to the clinical nurse in your location or the Centre Manager.
Objection claim that an elector should not be enrolled
